Kitchen Assistant

Location: Newport Pagnell, MK16 9ES

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Hours: Shifts available include: 8:00 -14:00 and 16:00- 20:00 (Must include alternate weekends)

Our client is a family run care home set in 5 acres of beautiful countryside. They are registered for 35 residents.

The Role

They are looking to hire a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Assistant to assist with meal preparation as well as perform all washing and cleaning duties required in the kitchen.

When you join them as a Kitchen Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in the success of their family run Care Home.

To be successful as a Kitchen Assistant, you should exercise exceptional time management and ensure that all duties are completed in a timely manner. An outstanding Kitchen Assistant should be able to comply with all food health and safety regulations, however, food hygiene training will be given.

Skills and Experience

Reliable, considerate and kind
Formal qualifications aren't necessary but experience within a similar kitchen setting would be beneficial.
Can drive or have access to transport (there is no direct public transport)
