An established boutique practice is seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their innovative and collaborative team of eight in their state-of-the-art office in central London.

The Senior Building Surveyor Role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will enjoy a diverse workload spanning project and professional services. Projects include high-profile fitouts and refurbishments up to £10m in value across commercial, retail, office, and industrial sectors.

In addition to client-facing responsibilities, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring junior surveyors, supporting their APC journey, and contributing to their professional success.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and managing a variety of project instructions, including fitout and refurbishment schemes.
Delivering professional services, ensuring the highest standards for clients.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across multiple sectors.
Supporting the development of junior surveyors, providing guidance and mentorship.

The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor will have

Qualifications: MRICS (preferred but not essential) and a RICS-accredited degree.
Experience: Proven track record in commercial sectors with a consultancy or private practice background.
Skills: Strong client-facing and written communication skills.
Attributes: A proactive, driven individual with a passion for mentoring and delivering excellence.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
