My client is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of a prestigious high-end residential project near Oxford. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing luxury residential builds, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget. This role demands a detail-oriented individual with excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Project Management:

* Oversee all aspects of on-site construction, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

* Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to achieve the desired vision and functionality.

* Team Leadership:

* Manage and supervise on-site personnel, subcontractors, and trades.

* Promote a safe, efficient, and productive working environment.

* Health & Safety Compliance:

* Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

* Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.

* Quality Assurance:

* Maintain impeccable quality control, focusing on craftsmanship and finish.

* Address defects or issues promptly to uphold the luxury standards expected.

* Scheduling and Budget Management:

* Create and maintain project timelines and milestones.

* Monitor costs, ensuring the project stays within budget.

* Stakeholder Liaison:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and external parties.

* Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.

Skills and Experience Required

* Qualifications:

* Relevant construction or project management qualification (e.g., HNC/HND, NVQ Level 6/7, SMSTS certification).

* First Aid certification (preferred).

* Experience:

* Minimum 5 years' experience managing high-end residential projects.

* Strong understanding of luxury finishes, bespoke designs, and intricate detailing.
