HR Assistant vacancy in Liverpool City Centre

Key Responsibilities of the role include: - Support HR Manager with HR functions and duties
- Maintain and update employee records
- Manage starter and leaver administration
- Issue offer letters and contracts to new starters
- Monitor probationary periods, handle holiday/sickness reporting
- Assist with recruitment, including scheduling interviews and reference requests
- Coordinate induction days and manage pension scheme administration
- Distribute and collate probation and performance reviews
Ideal Candidate: - Prior HR experience
- Flexible, organized, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Integrity in handling confidential matters
- Commitment to supporting HR development
- Educated to A-Level standard or with a CIPD foundation qualification
