Employee Relations Advisor

Salary - £17.20 per hour PAYE 

Full time position starting ASAP 

Location - NW London 

Are you passionate about employee relations and looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic trust? We are seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Advisor to join a team in a world leading eye care organisation!

As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive HR services across the trust. You will build and maintain credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a proactive approach to managing a wide range of employee relations issues. Your expertise will ensure compliance with trust policies and employment legislation.

Day to Day responsibilities:

• Support managers in investigations, disciplinary processes, and formal hearings.
• Advise on absence management, redeployment, retirement, or termination of employment.
• Manage a demanding workload, including Employment Tribunal casework.
• Produce accurate and appropriately toned correspondence.
• Analyse management information to support performance management and workforce planning.
• Develop positive relationships with trade union officers and staff side representatives.
• Apply HR policies, legal requirements, and best practices accurately.
• Conduct Job Evaluation and Job Matching in line with Agenda for Change.
• Lead projects related to the transformation of employee relations services and process improvement.

If you are a CIPD Graduate (or equivalent) with experience in providing ER advice and support on a full range of HR issues, proficiency in HR policies and procedures, and advanced communication and project management skills, we want to hear from you!
