Bradford, BD9

*    Part time, 24.5 hours per week
*    Proposed hours: 5pm to 9.30pm Monday, Tuesday and Friday. 07.30am - 7.30pm on Sunday with a 60-minute break
*    NJC Scale Point 12 - £17,495 (pay award pending)

The Role

As a Sports and Facilities Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the College's extended services.

Key Responsibilities:

*    Be a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the site during community lettings
*    Provide excellent customer service to users of the College facilities
*    Maintain the efficient operation of facilities, addressing any issues as they arise
*    Assist in responding to emergencies affecting the College premises
*    Support the Estates Team with clerical and administrative tasks as needed
*    Set up equipment and prepare spaces for both lettings and College activities
*    Ensure all health and safety standards are met, reporting any concerns

Essential:

*    Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision
*    Strong communication skills with a positive attitude

Desirable:

*    Experience in an educational environment or building security duties
*    Familiarity with basic plumbing, electrical, and maintenance procedures
*    Hold or be willing to obtain a First Aid and Pool Plant Operation qualification
*    Possession of a driving licence
