About the RoleAs a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Take on a leading role in supporting learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in collaboration with the teaching team.

• Provide targeted support to small groups and individual pupils to ensure progress.

• Assist with classroom management and create a positive learning environment.

• Cover lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring continuity in learning.

• Support the development of innovative teaching strategies and activities.

Applicants Should:

• Hold HLTA status or equivalent qualifications.

• Have proven experience working in a primary school setting.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Be proactive, adaptable, and committed to the success of every child.

• Show a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact.
