Behaviour Support Assistant Role

As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will:

* Work 1:1 and with small groups to provide tailored behaviour support.

* Assist in managing challenging behaviours in the classroom and around the school.

* Build positive relationships with pupils to promote engagement and positive attitudes to learning.

* Support teaching staff in delivering lessons by maintaining a calm and productive classroom environment.

* Implement behaviour management strategies in line with the school's policies.

* Act as a mentor to pupils, encouraging their social, emotional, and academic development.

Behaviour Support Assistant Requirements
