One of my Local Authority clients based in the North West is looking for a Disposals Surveyor on an interim basis for 6 months.

Responsibilities:

effectively dispose of Council assets and maximise value.
Help achieve the Council's strategic objectives.
Provide advise for disposals and support the strategic asset management plan.You must be MRICS for this role, however it isn't essential to be a Registered Valuer.

It is important that you have prior experience within Estates Management, within in a Local Authority setting.

This role is remote, requiring 1-2 days per week in the office.

The employer is open to either part time or full time for the right candidate.
