WMS Technical Consultant - 6 Month Contract - Inside IR35 - Hybrid

Hamilton Barnes has a exciting opportunity for you to join a market-leading transformational consultancy on an initial 6-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining flexibility with on-site collaboration at the client's Daventry location. As a techno-functional expert, you will provide critical support and solutions for Blue Yonder WMS/RedPrairie.

Key Responsibilities:

• Techno-Functional Support: Act as the primary support consultant, providing end-to-end techno-functional assistance for Blue Yonder WMS/RedPrairie WMS.
• Issue Resolution: Collaborate closely with customers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve WMS-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Integration Support: Work alongside integration teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues effectively.
• Stakeholder Management: Lead customer calls, providing clear communication and updates while coordinating efforts with offshore teams to deliver seamless support and solutions.

What you will ideally bring:

• In-depth knowledge of MOCA Components, MTF, DDA/Pagebuilder, reports, and labels.
• Proficiency in integrating JDA WMS with diverse host and destination systems using JDA Integrator/Connect.
• A solid understanding of inbound, outbound, and warehouse setup processes within WMS environments.
• Familiarity with RF devices, label printing, and the architecture of WMS systems, including key data points for integration in inbound and outbound workflows.
• Experience in providing functional support for BAU activities, including product configuration, troubleshooting, and batch monitoring.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Daventry (3 Days Per Week)/Remote
• Daily Rate: Up to £600 Per Day (Inside IR35)
