Working for a large FM and Maintenance contractor delivering to the Ministry of Defence across a large RAF site in Lincolnshire. This role is subject to security clearance. The hours are 8am- 4.30 pm The RoleThis is an exciting and varied role that will see you manage planned and reactive maintenance as well as Billable Works across the site.Oversee delivery of small works up to £25k in accordance with Government Regulatory and Statutory undertakings, complying with all Health & Safety and Environmental standards and policies. These projects will typically include refurbishment works across a wide variety of building types as you would typically expect on a large MOD base and will involve the building fabric/ potholes/ flat roofs/ electrical faults, along with cyclical compliance management across the estate.
