We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Assistant Product Manager for a well-established charity in London. You will be an integral part of their brilliant Product team, who manage and develop the organisation's product suite to meet the needs of the charity and donor customers.

An exciting opportunity to work for a fantastic charity in Central London who are now looking for an Assistant Product Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

Description

  • Managing products and services offered across a range of customer segments
  • Supporting senior management to identify improvements based on UX research, develop product propositions
  • Work with the Research and Marketing teams to understand customer needs and track customer satisfaction
  • Driving good customer outcomes with a strong focus on product governance and risk management
  • Market research and competitive analysis
  • Responsible for the co-ordination of the charity's products and services
  • Influence future product and proposition development by identifying product
  • Improvement needs and generating ideas for product enhancements.
  • Own projects right through from concept to delivery, partnering with IT and teams across the business to launch new capabilities and deliver results.

Profile

  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable analysing complex data and writing business cases
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving attitude and ability to take ownership of products and become the go-to person for all related inquiries and decisions
  • Ability to prioritise and work at pace
