The Role

We are seeking a skilled Press Brakes Operative to join our manufacturing team. As a key member of our production process, you will be responsible for operating press brake machines to bend and form metal components crucial to our innovative cooling systems.

Responsibilities:

* Set up and operate press brake machines to precise specifications

* Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders

* Perform quality checks on finished components

* Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety protocols

* Collaborate with team members to optimise production efficiency

* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

* Experience operating press brake machines

* Ability to read and understand technical drawings

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

* Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping

* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
