Project Support Officer - Hourly Rate: £16.89 PAYE or £22.43 per hour

We are currently seeking a Project Support Officer to join a large housing provider based in Beeston. This role offers a hybrid working model, requiring three days per week in the office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various projects and initiatives aligned with the corporate plan.
Day-to-day of the role: - Manage and deliver day-to-day tasks in designated projects.
- Monitor project plans to identify and address any risks of overdue tasks, notifying the relevant initiative lead or Project Manager.
- Lead on specific initiatives as part of wider projects within the Strategy, Projects, and Performance team.
- Collaborate with the Head of Projects and Planning to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
- Maintain risk and issue logs.
- Analyse data and processes to identify service improvement opportunities.
- Provide support to colleagues within the Strategy, Projects, and Performance team.
- Manage your own professional development by utilizing available learning resources and personal networks.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven ability to work independently and analyse information.
- Highly adaptable, able to adjust to changing priorities and new situations.
- Good understanding of service delivery processes.
- Ability to interpret data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Excellent time management skills, capable of managing conflicting priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and stakeholder management.
- Experience in writing and analysing reports, identifying trends to support decision-making.
- A track record of shaping service improvements for internal or external customers.
- Interest and understanding of project delivery.
