About the Role:

As an Engineer, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and improving mechanical systems and processes. You will work across a wide range of projects, collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Your expertise will help optimise operations, solve complex problems, and ensure the ongoing success of the company's projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems, equipment, and components for various applications.

* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions into overall project plans.

* Provide support with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance of mechanical systems.

* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored engineering solutions.

* Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality assurance procedures, and industry regulations.

* Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and technical documentation for clients and stakeholders.

* Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the engineering operations.

* Support junior engineers and share knowledge to contribute to team growth and development.

What We're Looking For:

* A degree in Mechanical Engineering.

* Previous experience working in an engineering role.

* Strong technical knowledge with hands-on experience in the mechanical engineering sector.

* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
