• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule installation appointments with customers
• Manage and update appointment schedules on inhouse booking system
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing solutions or escalating issues as necessary
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Computer literate; Proficient on all Microsoft packages
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
