ITS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our clients team and contribute to the successful delivery of high-value construction projects. About the Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in the financial management and successful execution of projects ranging from £1 million to £13 million. You'll work closely with our specialized divisions to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably. Proficiency in JCT, D&B, and NEC contracts is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare, manage, and oversee budgets and cost plans for projects.

* Administer and manage JCT, D&B, and NEC contracts effectively.

* Conduct valuations, variations, and final accounts to ensure profitability.

* Provide accurate cost reporting and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.

* Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate commercial risks.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

About You:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in projects ranging from £1m-£13m.

* Strong knowledge of JCT, D&B, and NEC contract frameworks.

* Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

* Effective communication and negotiation abilities.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving project success.
