Key Responsibilities of this role to include;

* Conduct building surveys, condition reports, and defect analysis.

* Provide expert advice on party walls, dilapidations, and refurbishment projects.

* Manage and deliver projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and compliance.

* Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

* Prepare detailed reports, schedules, and professional advice documents.

* Assist in mentoring junior team members and supporting their professional development.

The ideal applicant for this position will possess;

* MRICS qualification (essential).

* Proven consultancy experience in building surveying within the UK market.

* Strong knowledge of relevant building regulations and health & safety standards.
