Credit Control Assistant

South Ruislip, Middlesex

£27,500 + Pension

This growing local employer are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Credit Control Assistant with proven experience to join their busy team of professionals.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing client accounts and minimising the risk of bad debt by monitoring payments received

- Raising sales invoices and credit notes on a weekly basis and posting onto accounts systems

- Allocating payments received by cheque and BACS onto clients’ accounts and preparing banking documentation

- Managing credit control function and chasing overdue payments by telephone, email and correspondence

- Agreeing repayment terms with clients when needed and ensuring they are adhered to

- Calculating retrospective volume and settlement discounts and issuing to clients
