The Interim Finance Manager will oversee the accounting and finance department of a leading industrial manufacturing firm based in Blackburn. This is a newly created role due to business growth and is an exciting time to join the company.

Description
The Finance Manager role is initially a 6 month temporary role which could be extended. The role is Hybrid with 3 days per week in Blackburn office/ 2 remote. Reporting to the Head of Finance Key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee all day to day financial transactions
- Dealing with internal and external queries regularly.
- Prepare monthly management accounts including full P&L and BS
- Accruals
- Approve Bankline/online banking payments
- P&L forecast
- Responsible for the clean-up process and the ongoing maintenance of SAP.
- Supervise small Team
- Assist with year-end audit
- Responsible for other duties as requested by Financial Director.
Profile
In order to apply for the role you should:
- Have previous experience in Preparing Monthly Management Accounts
- Be ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified or Qualified by experience
- Be able to consider a temporary role initially
- Be able to commute 3 days per week to Blackburn office
