Role: Commercial Gas Engineer
Area Covered: Northwest, Yorkshire, East Midlands
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch)
Contracts Covered: Commercial office portfolios
Holidays: 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
Overtime: X1.5 until Saturday 12:00 PM, X2 after

The Role:
As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing gas appliances and heating systems within commercial office environments. Your expertise will ensure that all installations and maintenance works meet the highest safety standards and client expectations. You will also be part of an on-call rota, providing support when required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform servicing, maintenance, and repair of commercial gas heating systems and appliances.

* Carry out gas safety inspections and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

* Respond to breakdowns and repair requests across multiple commercial properties.

* Participate in an on-call rota (1 in 10).

* Ensure all works are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company and legal standards.

* Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service.

Requirements:

* Commercial Gas qualifications (CPS, COCN1, etc.).

* Previous experience in commercial gas maintenance.

* Full UK driving licence.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong communication and customer service skills.

* Willingness to join the on-call rota.
