Staff Nurse

Hourly Rate: £19-£21

Night Shifts

24-36 hours per week

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our client's nursing team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to individuals with complex needs. Including physical and learning disabilities. Qualifications

• Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with a valid UK NMC Pin
• Proven experience in providing nursing care to individuals with complex needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure
• Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in all aspects of patient care
• Understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality principles in healthcare settings

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to individuals with complex needs, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and accurately maintain patient records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individual care plans
• Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their voices are heard and their preferences are respected
• Stay updated on best practices and participate in continuous professional development to enhance nursing skills
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in line with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
