Home based Supervising Social Worker - Not for profit, therapeutic IFA

salary package up to £43,450 per annum

NonStop Care is looking for a permanent Supervising Social Worker who can join an Independent Fostering Agency with an excellent reputation. They are a not for profit fostering agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating. They are therapeutic also and they provide ongoing therapeutic training.

The role home based (meaning you will not have to go to an office for the team meetings), offering you a lot of flexibility with your schedule.

Responsibilities:

The Supervising Social Worker will hold a caseload of about 10 foster families located around Northamptonshire, Central Leicestershire, Central Milton Keynes and Peterborough.

The role is just to provide support and supervision to the foster carers so there will be no Form F Assessments on top.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or in a Looked After Children Team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
