Key responsibilities of the Financial Controller:

• Oversee and maintain the accuracy of the Group's financial records and reporting.
• Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering their professional development.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial performance to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and financial planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within financial processes and controls.

Key essentials of the Financial Controller:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
• Demonstrated experience in financial management and reporting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
