We are seeking a motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our client's supportive and collaborative team.

Duties:

• Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries, order updates, and delivery timelines.
• Accurately process client orders, ensuring all requirements are met efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues and minimise delays.
• Keep clients informed on order progress, managing expectations and providing updates on any changes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring smooth order flow and delivering excellent service.
