As a Cluster HR Business Partner, with responsibility for 4 prestigious hotels all within central London, you will provide expert HR advice and coaching to senior management, equipping them with the skills to effectively manage their teams. You'll partner with the business to implement best practices for redundancy, TUPE transfers, and other change initiatives, ensuring positive outcomes. By fostering a performance management culture, you'll drive business improvement through clear objectives, feedback, and customer service aligned with our values.

Your role will involve developing resourcing strategies, identifying future talent, and creating career paths to support succession planning and professional development. You'll build management capability to handle employee relations issues effectively and improve consultation processes. Forging close, influential relationships with key stakeholders across the organization is essential, as is promoting the importance of employee engagement and wellbeing and translating this into actionable practices.

You will also contribute to the wider HR strategy, ensuring a cohesive and coordinated HR service across the business.

Previous line management experience is essential as you will be responsible for line managing a team of 6 HR professionals. The role reports into the Head of HR and a dotted line into the Cluster General Manager.

Full membership of the CIPD or an equivalent professional body is essential as well as having worked within the hotel industry before. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to influence and problem-solve, are expected. Proven negotiation, change management, and project management skills, strong business acumen, and commercial focus are essential. In-depth knowledge of employment law is also required.
