Ashley Services are working with a client who are a design and build contractor offering a full design, installation and management package. Services include project management, procurement, testing, commissioning and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and public health engineering services with a strong bias towards renewable energy solutions.
We are recruiting a skilled M&E Site Supervisor to join a project in Liss, Hampshire, consisting of 2 new build warehouses from January 2025 to May 2025. The successeful candidate will play a pivotal role in supervising the installation of M&E services and demonstrating an understanding of the construction process.
Responsibilities include:
* Induction and supervision of various sub-contractors ensuring risk assessments and method statements are complied with and updated as necessary to ensure a safe working enviornment.
* Undertake and record safety checks of equipment.
* Ensure works are in accordance with the contract drwaings and specification.
* Report on progress to the M&E Contracts Manager
* Liaison with main contractor on a daily basis.
Qualifications & Experience
* Demonstrable knowledge in electrical and mechanical systems
* SMSTS/SSSTS
* CSCS Gold card or higher
* Background working on commercial projects
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel etc.)
