Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Tameside. This full-time, long-term role involves working in a Year 3 class that includes a high proportion of SEND students.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience working with children with complex needs, particularly in a primary school setting.
A resilient personality and the ability to adapt to varying needs within the classroom.
A proactive and compassionate approach to supporting students with SEND.In this role, you'll work closely with the class teacher to provide tailored support, helping students to thrive both academically and socially.
