Collaborate with professionals in the SEN and Mental Health fields, including therapists and specialists.
Play a key role in improving the lives of children, offering support that fosters purpose and development.
Work with students who have diverse learning needs, particularly those with Autism, focusing on key academic and personal development.Role Details:

Position: Experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant
Students: 55 students in small classes of 6-8 based on ability
Salary: £460 - £500 per week
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire
Sector: Education and TrainingWhat we're looking for:

Prior experience as a SEN Learning Support Assistant, especially with students with Autism and/or mental health needs.
A strong passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs.
