Elevation Senior Finance are working with a successful & growing business based in Leeds, who are looking to bring in a Finance Manager into their team, on a full time, permanent basis. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing key financial processes, as well as acting as a business partner to various central functions, building strong relationships, and understanding how to support business decisions.As well as being part of a rapidly growing company with many opportunities to progress, my client is offering a fantastic benefits package, including:

• Regular socials and eventsDuties & Responsibilities of the Finance Manager will include:
• Lead the month-end management accounts process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare and review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Analyse P&L variances to support commentary and recommendations
• Manage a team of 2 in the AP and AR functions, ensuring efficient processing and accurate record-keeping
• Act as the finance business partner to central functions
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial plans
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as requiredKey Skills & Experience required:
• Part qualified or finalist, ideally CIMA / ACCA
• Previous experience in a similar role with team management experience
