We are looking for a Registered Manager to join our Children's residential home based in Doncaster.

This is your opportunity to manage a brand-new, 3-bed EBD home within a medium-sized, established company known for its “Good” and “Outstanding” Ofsted ratings across all homes.

We're looking for a Registered Manager who is passionate about providing exceptional care and has the drive to lead a new home to success.

We will also consider a Deputy manager who is ready to step up as we offer a superb network of training, guidance and security - you will have all the support needed

What You'll Do

As the Registered Manager, you will:

* Lead from the front, managing all aspects of the children's home and ensuring compliance with Ofsted, the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.

* Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of young people, supporting their emotional, social, and educational development.

* Build and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, supervision, and training to deliver exceptional care.

* Be the safeguarding lead, ensuring young people are protected and supported at all times.

* Maintain and promote a positive culture, creating a safe and nurturing environment for young people.

* Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, external agencies, and families to ensure the best outcomes for young people.

* Oversee budgets and ensure resources are managed effectively.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or actively studying towards.

* At least 5 years of residential experience, including 2 years in management within the children's home sector.

* Strong knowledge of governing legislation, regulations, and Ofsted requirements.

* A proven track record of delivering high standards of care.

* Exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

* Emotional resilience, decisiveness, and the ability to manage complex situations calmly.
