Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with Teaching Aspirations?

Are you a recent Graduate, eager to gain experience in schools ahead of completing your Teacher Training?

LTF Recruitment are partnering with a fantastic, Primary School in White City who are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant to support in their Year 5 Class starting this September working with pupils carrying out interventions, as well as providing support to individual students within the class.

The role:

• Assisting the teacher in delivering work with the children in the classSupporting children with their classwork, and their reading and writing skills
• Planning and leading targeted interventions to support pupils in development areas
• Developing curricular knowledge as required by the school
• Undertaking observations of pupils and contributing to pupil records
• Supporting the class teacher with the general management and supervision of the classroom

Essential requirements:

• No experience needed. Perfect opportunity to earn and progress.
• A passion for working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach to supporting children.
