Your new companyThis Primary School in Huyton (L36) is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team, working in a Year 1 class. This will be a full-time role, and you will have the opportunity to go permanent. This role will start in September.

Your new roleThe school is seeking a Teaching Assistant for pupils in their Year 1 class who require some extra assistance in core curriculum subjects,You will be required to work with pupils in the main classroom or work with smaller groups and occasional 1:1 where required, some pupils who you will work with may need guidance in their behaviour and concentration as well as their academic work.This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday with working hours from 8.30AM-3.30PM.What you'll need to succeed

• To be considered for this Teaching Assistant role, ou will hold a Level 2/ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification/ Childcare Qualification or an equivalent qualification.
• You will have reference-able experience working in a similar role in the last 2 years.
• You will be motivational, with a proven record of managing challenging behaviour and encouraging progress in pupils.
