The Role as a Senior Town Planner

As a Senior Town Planner, you will:

Manage a diverse portfolio of planning projects, from initial appraisals to securing permissions.
Provide expert planning advice to clients, ensuring projects align with policy and regulatory frameworks.
Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and reports.

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated planning professional with:

A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline.
MRTPI qualification (or working towards it).
Proven experience in development management, policy planning, or consultancy.
Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and relevant legislation.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
