Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries via phone, email, or live chat in a professional and timely manner
- Handling complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Processing orders and providing product/service information
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure targets are met
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stay calm and patient under pressure
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not essential
- Comfortable using computers and handling multiple systems
