Your Role: As a Healthcare Assistant, you will:? Assist residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility support.? Promote dignity, independence, and choice for residents.? Support with mealtimes and hydration to ensure well-being.? Engage residents in meaningful activities and companionship.? Follow care plans and report any concerns to senior staff.? Maintain accurate records and uphold high care standards.
