Dove and Hawk are working alongside a high-end, multi branch estate agency looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their new office based in VauxhallDuties:

• Managing a portfolio of around 120 properties
• Responsibilities will include
• arranging maintenance, dealing with deposit negotiations,
• payment of contractor and service charge invoices,
• dealing with general landord and tenant queries
• Ensuing properties meet compliance requirements ECIR gat safety etc
• Drafting and completing deeds of assignment and surrender when required

Requirements:

• 2 years Property Management experience
• Ability to organise and prioritise ones workload
• Be able to display High level of verbal and written communication
• Team player with a positive and can do attitude essential
• Hardworking and productive individual.

Days and Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 6pm and Friday is 9am - 5pmSalary: £35,000 20% Commission 1 Day WFH once Probation is passed and Final Agreement from Senior Manager.
