Description

• Prepare financial statements in a timely manner
• Analyse budgets and create expense reports
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Streamline accounting functions and operations
• Develop financial analysis to assist the not-for-profit organisation in financial decision making
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
• Develop budgets consistent with the goals of the not-for-profit organisation
• Provide financial advice and support to colleagues within the organisation

Profile

A successful Accountant should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Knowledge of budget forecasting and risk analysis
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• An analytical mindset
