Job role / duties
Data entry of invoices, orders and other relevant information on to a Sage based system
Collating and checking information in order to submit to system
Answer phones, take messages and ensure customer & suppliers are speaking to the right person in the business
Working on both sales & purchase
Ensuring reception is covered professionally and that guests and visitors are looked after
To be considered for this role you MUST
Have excellent written & verbal communication skills
Have use Sage 50 software and ideally have book keeping experience
Be computer literate in general (Office 365)
Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Be numerate & literate
This role is UK based and does NOT have sponsorship opportunity
