Site Manager - Structural Steel

Location: UK-Wide (Travel Required)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per year
Additional Benefits: Car allowance, travel expenses (accommodation, food, petrol on a receipt basis)

The Role:

As a Site Manager, you will take ownership of managing steel erection packages, coordinating contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will be responsible for overseeing teams of 5-50 people depending on the project size and reporting directly to the Construction Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage RAMs (Risk Assessment and Method Statements).
• Develop and execute lift plans.
• Oversee and coordinate contractors and subcontractors.
• Manage and deliver steel erection packages.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Black CSCS card.
• SMSTS certification.
• CPCS (Appointed Person).
• Proven experience in steel erection management.

Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
