We at e2e HRC, a leading multi-sector recruitment consultancy, are looking to hire an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager on a freelance basis. This role focuses on growing our recruitment business and extending the reach of our services to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

* Exceed sales and profit targets.

* Pitch sales and services to new and existing clients.

* Manage time efficiently and multitask effectively.

* Employ strategic and creative thinking.

* Deliver excellent customer service.

* Understand and propose products or solutions based on client requirements.

* Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, clients, partnerships, or services.

* Develop strategies to reach new business opportunities.

* Build and maintain relationships with clients.

* Attend industry events and conferences.

* Create sales forecasts and strive to achieve them.

* Collaborate with senior management and the recruitment team.

* Utilize solid IT skills and knowledge of necessary software applications.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in business development within the multi-sector recruitment industry.

* A track record of success in sales and business growth.

* Experience in tendering and contracting with external suppliers.

* Strong negotiation, closing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

* A driving license with access to your own vehicle.

* Confirmed right to work in the UK.
