Responsibilities:

• Plan and arrange for the safe and efficient installation of jobs via our own engineers and subcontractor network.
• Work to labour allowances and margins.
• Manage the on site process’s and issues arising including, variation orders, day works agreements.
• Manage on site issues as they arise and work through to a satisfactory outcome.
• Produce RAMs and upkeep them with assistance from H+S consultant.
• Liaise with suppliers to gain the best plant prices and service to improve our service and margin.
• Subcontractor network develop and maintain.
• Deal with after sales issues with bought in products or manufactured items.
• Engineer management including, training, work load, appraisals, discipline, motivation.

Requirements:

• Background within Door Installation desired.
• Experience managing a team of engineers required.
• Leadership and People Management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, management, and external partners.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5pm.
