Role Purpose:
The Timeshare Sales Executive is responsible for generating and closing sales of timeshare ownership and vacation club memberships. This role involves engaging with potential clients, presenting timeshare opportunities, conducting property tours, and converting leads into confirmed sales. The ideal candidate is a driven sales professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Actively engage with prospective clients through marketing-generated leads, referrals, and direct sales efforts.
- Conduct effective sales presentations to showcase Dream Hotels & Resorts' timeshare offerings.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed timeshare ownership sales.
- Provide detailed explanations of timeshare products, pricing, and benefits.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Guide potential buyers through the decision-making process, addressing concerns and overcoming objections.
- Offer exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable buying experience.
- Follow up with clients to maintain interest and encourage referrals.
Property Tours & Presentations
- Conduct guided tours of the resort and available properties.
- Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations highlighting the benefits of timeshare ownership.
- Customize sales pitches to meet the needs and preferences of each client.
Sales Administration & Compliance
- Ensure all necessary sales documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on company offerings, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Matric (Grade 12) is required.
- A diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality is advantageous.
- Additional certifications in sales or real estate are beneficial.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in timeshare, hospitality, or real estate sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in customer service and client relationship management.
