Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a well established and highly regarded Public Sector organisation to recruit a Strategic Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. * The role will be responsible for leading a customer-focussed, value adding business partnering team

* Building influential relationships with key stakeholders across key service areas, at a strategic level

* Demonstrate understanding of a specialist area of expertise to these senior stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making

* Supporting the development of effective financial strategies to ensure statutory financial duties are met and the Authority is able to deliver its strategic priorities

* Identifying and driving service improvements and efficiencies

The person;

* CCAB/CIMA qualified, or equivalent

* Proven business partnering approach

* Experience within the Public Sector
