Job Title : Senior or Principal Town Planner

Location: Norwich / Ipswich

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 pa, DOE

An established planning consultancy in Rugby is looking for a skilled and driven Town Planner to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities:- As a Senior and Principal Town Planner, you are managing and preparing planning applications from inception to completion.- Conducting thorough site assessments and planning evaluations.- Engaging with clients, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.- Providing strategic planning advice and solutions to complex projects.

Required Skills & Experience:- A relevant planning qualification (RTPI or similar).- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.- A solid understanding of UK planning policies and legislation through Town Planning consultancy work.This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Town Planner eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
