Currently looking for an electrical supervisor to work over in Cambridge on a residential project!

The Electrical Supervisor will oversee all electrical activities on-site for the residential project, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for managing a team of electricians, coordinating with subcontractors, and working closely with other trades to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate daily electrical work on-site for a residential construction project.

* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of electricians, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.

* Review electrical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure work aligns with project goals.

* Ensure compliance with all local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

* Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.

* Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that arise during construction.

* Coordinate with the project manager, other trades, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines.

* Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and manpower deployed.

* Provide training and mentorship to junior electrical staff.

* Ensure proper use of tools and equipment and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in electrical installation and supervision, preferably in residential construction.

* Valid Gold ECS card

* SSSTS / SMSTS

* 18th edition

* Previous experience supervising electrical teams on large-scale residential projects is an asset.

* In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices.

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, plans, and schematics.

* Experience with scheduling, project coordination, and site management.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Full driving lisence (preferred)
