Electrical Supervisor

Location: MOD Site (Static Position)
Salary: £50,000 per annum + Van + Pension + Healthcare + 25 Days Holiday

Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor looking for a new challenge? Join our dynamic team at a large M&E contractor, where you'll be working on a static MOD site, overseeing new projects and installations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-security environment, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage electrical installations and projects on a static MOD site.

* Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to project specifications and timelines.

* Lead and motivate a team of electricians, providing guidance and support.

* Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Collaborate with other trades and departments to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements:

* Essential: Clean DBS or Security Clearance Check.

* Relevant electrical qualifications, including SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme).

* Proven experience in a similar supervisory role, particularly within MOD or high-security environments.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
