The Role:
As General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the studio's operations, team performance, and strategic direction. You'll work closely with the company directors to scale the business, nurture a high-performing team, and ensure our clients receive exceptional service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

* Gain sales and increase revenue

* Retain key clients

* Manage and motivate the in-house creative team and freelancers

* Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency

* Drive business development and build strong client relationships

* Monitor KPIs, budgets, and financial performance

* Help shape marketing and brand strategy alongside leadership

About You:

* Proven experience in a senior management role (creative/media/marketing agency experience is a big plus)

* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills

* A strong understanding of content creation, video, or marketing industries

From £43,000 per year plus, Profit share paid quarterly, future shareholding
