September 2024Connaught Education is currently working in partnership with the oldest and most prestigious independent fifth and sixth form in London to appoint a SENCO on a full time, permanent basis from September 2024.

The independent school in question has a rich and extensive history of supporting pupils in obtaining outstanding GCSE and A-Level results, allowing them to progress to the best universities in the UK and around the world.

The appointed SENCO will have key responsibilities for exam access arrangements and a qualification for this as well as a formal SENCO qualification is essential, degree level qualifications are also desired although QTS is not a necessity.

The successful SENCO will lead on SEN provision throughout the school, liaising with parents, running study support sessions and one to one sessions with pupils who require this.
