Salary: Up to £11.80 per hour

Operations Clerk

Tempory to Permanent

Salary: £11.80 - £12 per hour

37.5 Hour working week Monday to Friday various shifts

Location: HU5

Principle Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain Data Entry and Stock Levels
  • Accurately processing purchase invoices
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve invoice queries
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of materials and consumables within the warehouse
  • Undertake regular stock takes and maintain stock records providing reports to the management team as required
  • Use Microsoft Excel to record data and produce customer reports
  • Raise Purchase orders for consumables
  • General administration and office duties

Skills and Experience :

  • Educated to A level or equivalent standard.
  • Experienced in working in an office environment
  • Computer Literate with good attention to detail
  • Able to work well both on their own and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good organisation skills, with an ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Takes personal responsibility for consistently delivering high quality work
